Amendment #25 to H4324

Emergency traffic and pedestrian safety repairs

Mr. Kocot of Northampton moves to amend the bill at the end therof by inserting the following:-

"Section______For the purpose of providing emergency safety improvements to the intersection of Florence Road and Ryan Road in the city of Northampton, the Department of Transportaion shall expend not less than $50,000."
