Alternative Education Services

Ms. Peisch of Wellesley moves to amend the bill by inserting at the end thereof the following section:-

SECTION XX.  The department of elementary and secondary education shall submit an annual report to the chairs of the joint committee on education on the cost of providing reimbursement for instructional costs associated with providing alternative educational services pursuant to section 21 of chapter 76 of the General Laws that would not otherwise be reimbursed pursuant to section 5A of chapter 71B of the General Laws.
