Amendment #3 to S2063

Retailer Licensing

Mr. Moran of Boston moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section:

Senate bill 2063 is hereby amended by adding in line 13 after “section 18” the following:-

“or a retailer licensed pursuant to section 15.”
