Greenfield Budget Review Process

Mr. Rosenberg moves to amend the bill be amended in section 1, in subsection (c), by striking out the second sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- “In amending the budget, the town council may increase or decrease amounts and expenditures as allowed under section 32 of chapter 44 of the General Laws.”
