Ms. Candaras moved that the proposed new text be amended Ms. Candaras moved that the bill be amended by inserting, after Section _____, the following new Section:-

"SECTION _____.  Chapter 122 of the acts of 2006 is hereby amended by striking out section 144 in its entirety.”
