Ms. Spilka and Messrs. Rosenberg and Rodrigues moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new section:-

"SECTION XX. Section 6 of chapter 18C of General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 4, the words “to all relevant” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “unrestricted access to all electronic information systems,".
