Revitalization Study and Zoning Review in the Town of Dedham

Mr. Finegold moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1599-0026, by inserting after the word "appropriation;" the following words: "provided further that not less than $70,000 shall be expended on a one-time grant to conduct a comprehensive revitalizations study and zoning review of East Dedham"; and in said item, by striking out the figures “$8,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$8,070,000”.
