Messrs. Richard T. Moore and Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in Section 6 by inserting, in subsection (a), after the word "MassHealth," the following words:- "Health Safety Net Trust Fund,"; and in subsection (c), by inserting at the end thereof, the following:- “provided, that said the rules and regulations shall ensure that the respective agencies employ the Systemic Alien Verification for Entitlements Program when reviewing and determining an applicant’s eligibility for state-subsidized programs for all data collected pursuant to this section”; and in subsection (g), by inserting after the words "administration and finance" the following: - ", the clerks of the house and senate,"
