Sales Tax Rollback

Messrs. Ross, Hedlund, Knapik and Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after Section ____, the following two new Sections:-

“SECTION ____. Sections 53, 56, 57, and 59 of chapter 27 of the acts of 2009 are hereby repealed.

SECTION ____. Section ____ shall be effective July 1, 2012.”
