North End Bilingual Counseling

Mr. Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-3036, by inserting after the word "trends: the following:- "; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the New North Citizens' Council, Inc., North End Housing Initiative to provide bilingual counseling to prevent foreclosures.”
