Basketball Hall of Fame

Mr. Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-0900, by inserting after the word “commonwealth;” the following:- “; provided further that no less than $300,000 shall be expended to the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield for the purpose of supporting discounted programs to attract school-aged youth".
