Mr. Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0102, by inserting after the word “program” the following:- “; provided that no less than $850,000 shall be expended for the continuing operation of the homeless resource center” and in said item by striking out the figures “$37,292,852” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$38,142,852”.
