Mr. Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0702, by adding at the end thereof the following:- “; provided that no less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Massachusetts Latino Chamber of Commerce in Springfield." and in said item, by striking out the figures “$500,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$600,000”.
