Messrs. Welch and Knapik moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0702, by adding at the end thereof the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to the New England Farm Workers Council." and in said item, by striking out the figures “$500,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$750,000”.
