Energy Efficiency Pilot Project

Ms. Chandler moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-0099, by adding at the end thereof the following:-

"provided that the department conduct a pilot project in the City of Worcester to explore energy efficiency improvements in the maintenance of public housing"
