Elimination of Virtual Schools Enrollment Cap

Mr. Rosenberg moved that the proposed new text be amended By a inserting, after Section______, the following new Section:-

"SECTION _____. Section 92 of Chapter 71 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2008 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after subsection (p), the following subsections:-

(r) The board of elementary and secondary education shall not restrict or mandate the enrollment of any student in an Innovation School that is a virtual public school."
