Increase SPED Circuitbreaker funding

Ms. Creem and Mr. Downing and Ms. Chang-Diaz and Messrs. Joyce, Finegold, Welch and DiDomenico and Ms. Chandler and Messrs. Timilty and Kennedy moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7061-0012, <w:p><w:r><w:t xml:space="preserve">by striking out, in line 10, the figure “$4,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$6,500,000”;

and, by striking out the figure “$183,119,160” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$213,119,160"
