Mr. Richard T. Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7512-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following: "provided further that funds shall be expended for the purpose of establishing a sattelite campus within the Blackstone Valley/Milford region"; and in said item, by striking out the figures "$12,980,557" and inseting in place thereof the figures "$13,180,557"
