Mr. Pacheco moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8900-0001, by adding at the end thereof the following: "provided further, that the department shall expend not less than $500,000 for cities and towns hosting facilities"; and in said item, by striking our the figures "$508,385,246" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$508,885,246."
