Anti-Violence Program

Mr. Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8900-0001, by adding at the end thereof the following:- "; and provided further that not less than $250,000.00 shall be expended to the Dunbar Community Center (DCC), Inc., so called, in Springfield to operate the DCC Teen Safe Zone program and Teens' Anti-violence program."
