DOC Mitigation Formula Funding

Mr. Timilty moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8900-0001, by inserting the following: "provided further, that the department shall expend not less than $500,000 for cities and towns hosting facilities;" and in said item by striking out the figure "508,385,246" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "508,885,246".
