RMV SENIOR IDENTIFICATION CARDS

Messrs. Tarr and Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after Section __, the following new Section:-

"Section __.  Section 8E of Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding at the end of the first paragraph the following:- ; provided, however, that the registrar shall waive the fee for those persons over the age of 65 that wish to relinquish a valid driver’s license in return for an identification card."
