Mr. Rosenberg and Ms. Spilka and Ms. Chandler and Mr. Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2E, in item 1595-6368, by inserting after the words “ section 4 of Chapter 6C of the General Laws” the following :

provided, that in addition to the funding provided pursuant to clause (2) of subsection (d) of section 2ZZZ of chapter 29 that the Massachusetts Department of Transportation will provide not less than $44,235,055 to the regional transit authorities organized under chapter 161B”
