Ms. Chandler and Messrs. Knapik, Richard Moore and Montigny and Ms. Chang-Diaz, Ms. Creem, Ms. Jehlen, Ms. Spilka and Ms. Fargo and Messrs. Michael Moore, Wolf and McGee and Ms. Candaras moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 113, in lines 4 and 5, by striking out the following: "dental benefits provided to clients of the department of developmental services who are age 21 or over" and inserting in the place thereof the following: "dental benefits for all persons who are age 21 or over and are pregnant women, or with developmental disabilities, or HIV/AIDS".
