Health Reimbursement Accounts

Mr. Richard T. Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended in Section 51, in proposed new section 25, by striking out, after the words "under this chapter", the word "may", and inserting in place thereof the following word:- "shall"; and by adding at the end thereof the following sentence: "The health reimbursement account shall be funded by the political subdivision and subscriber at a percentage equal to that of the benefit plan."
