Mr. Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0200, by adding at the end thereof the following;- "; and provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for New North Citizens' Council Inc. Springfield Woman's Prevention and Addiction Recovery Network."
