Mr. Joyce moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 9110-9002, in section 2, in item 9110-9002, by inserting the following:- "provided further that not less than $500,000 shall be expended for the construction of a handicapped access ramp at the Canton Council on Aging."
