Restoring DVS Funding for Annuities to Qualified Disabled Veterans

Mr. Donnelly moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1410-0300, by striking out the figure "20,035,820" and inserting in place thereof the following:- "21,017,308", and by further striking the following language: provided further, that the department shall prorate annuity payments to ensure that the total payments in fiscal year 2012 shall not exceed the amount appropriated herein;"
