Equitable Caseloads in Elder Protective Services

Ms. Jehlen and Mr. Donnelly and Ms. Chang-Diaz and Messrs. Keenan, DiDomenico and Hart moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 9110-1636, by inserting the following: “provided further that elder protective service funds shall be allocated to insure equitable caseloads across the state and to reflect regional variations in labor costs.”
