MUNICIPAL HEALTH REFORM

Ms. Spilka moved that the proposed new text be amended , in SECTION 51, at line 20 by adding at the end thereof the following:-

“Any community which has previously established a public employee committee under section 19 may choose to apply the provisions of this section and section 22 and 23 when implementing changes to its heal insurance benefits.”
