Messrs. Hart and McGee moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0100, by adding at the end thereof the following: “provided that $125,000 be expended for the purpose of operating the Metropolitan Beaches Commission”; and in said item, by striking out the figures “$40,869,387” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$40,994,387”
