Street Lighting Ownership

Mr. Donnelly moved that the proposed new text be amended by adding at the end of the bill the following new section:-

SECTION XX. Said Section 34A of chapter 164 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding after the word “town”, the following words:

“or any other public or quasi public agency or entity”.
