STATE PARK FACILITIES

Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-2041, by adding the following at the end thereof:-

"provided further, that the department shall develop a plan to reactivate beaches, pools, spray pools and other facilities at state parks which have been deactivated in the past five years, and that funds from this item may be expended for such reactivation and operation."
