Messrs. Wolf and Brownsberger moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after Section XXX, the following new Section:-

SECTION XXX.

(A) Section 58 of chapter 176 of the acts of 2011 is hereby amended by striking out, in the second paragraph, the figure “11” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- 12.

(B) Said section 58 of chapter 176 of the acts of 2011 is hereby further amended by striking out, in the second paragraph, the words “1 of whom shall be a private citizen, appointed by the governor, who shall serve as chair of the commission and shall not be a member” and inserting in place thereof the following words:-

“2 of whom shall be private citizens, appointed by the governor, who shall serve as co-chairs of the commission and 1 of whom shall not be a member”
