Moore and Petruccelli and Ms. Chang-Diaz and Ms. Donoghue and Mr. McGee moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7004-9024, by striking out the figure "41,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "42,000,000".
