Messrs. Richard T. Moore and Michael O. Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7070-0065, by inserting at the end thereof the following:-

; provided further, that funds shall be made available to provide financial assistance for Massachusetts residents enrolled at public higher education institutions to participate in the Washington Center-Massachusetts Initiative Academic Internship program at an amount not less than the total provided in fiscal year 2009;
