Host Community Mitigation

Mr. Pacheco moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8900-0001, by inserting at the end thereof, after the word “department” the following new text:

"provided further, that the department shall expend not less than $500,000 for cities and towns hosting facilities”
