Messrs. Rosenberg, Downing and Michael O. Moore and Ms. Candaras and Mr. Kennedy moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2E, in item 1595-6370, by striking out the figure "$15,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "18,500,000"
