Messrs. Rodrigues, Montigny, Timilty and Ross moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4800-0038, by inserting, after the word "poverty", the following:- "provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the Children's Advocacy Center of Bristol County”
