Messrs. Petruccelli, DiDomenico and Keenan moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after section , the following new section:-

“SECTION _____. The Secretary of the Executive Office of Health and Human Services working in conjunction with the Massachusetts eHealth Institute shall identify and make available to the Boston Visiting Nurses Association in FY2013 $1,000,000 for the purpose of enhancing their electronic health records system and provided further that the Boston Visiting Nurse Association shall provide $2 Million in matching funds for said purpose over the life of the project.”
