STRENGTHENING THE GIFT BAN LAW

Messrs. Montigny and R. Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, after section 161, the following new Section:

SECTION____.  (a) Section 2 of Chapter 111N of the General Laws is amended by inserting after subsection (1) (d) the following:

“(d) the pharmaceutical or medical device manufacturing companies shall disclose the cost of all meals provided pursuant subsection (1) (b);”

(b) Section 6 of said Chapter 111N is amended by inserting after the number “$50” the following words;

“in the aggregate for that given year”
