Rule 87 Technical Changes

Mr. Binienda of Worcester moves to amend the order Amends Rule 87 by making the following technical changes:

In section lines 1371-1372 by striking out the words “business manager” and inserting in its place “House Business Manager”;

By striking out the word “it” in line 1386;

Inserting the word “is” before the word “related” in line 1387;

Striking the word “rules” in line 1391 and replacing it with “rule”;

Striking the words “be limited” in line 1393 and inserting the words “said emergency procurement is limited”;

Striking the words “shall conform to the requirements of this rule” in lines 1393-1394 and inserting the words “conforms to the requirements of this rule”;

Striking the words “name (v) the amount and the type of each contract; (vi) the supplies or services provided under each contract; (vii) and basis” in lines 1395-1396 and inserting the words “name; (v) includes the amount and the type of each contract; (vi) includes the supplies or services provided under each contract; (vii) and includes the basis”;
