Amending Rule 35

Mr. Binienda of Worcester moves to amend the order Amends Rule 35 in lines 872-873 by striking out the words “amendments affecting state finances shall be referred to the committee on Ways and Means on the part of the House” and inserting the following:  “the journal shall reflect the referral.”
