Chamber Access to Internet WiFi

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the order inserting at the end:

Rule XX; The House will install and maintain in the House Chamber wireless internet access (wifi) for the benefit of the membership and staff.  Members may access said wifi with personal cell phones, tablets, laptops, and other devices.
