Time for Consideration of Polls

Mr. Jones of North Reading moves to amend the order In proposed Rule 1D, by inserting in line 155 after the word “hours.” the following:

“A list of matters and copies of all bills that are to be voted on at an executive session shall be made available to the members of each committee electronically no less 6 hours prior to their consideration.”
