Floor Amendment

Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves to amend the bill Mr. Speliotis of Danvers moves that the House concurs with the Senate in its amendment to House, No. 2070 with a further amendment by striking out the words “government agency”, as printed in line 31 of Senate, No. 2294, and inserting in place thereof the words “governmental unit”; and by inserting after the word “shall”, the first time it appears, as printed in line 35 of Senate, No. 2294, the word “not”.
