An Act transferring care and custody of a parcel of land in the city of Northampton

Mr. Dempsey of Haverhill recommends that the bill be amended with an amendment, in line 11, by inserting at the end thereof, the following:- If at any time the property ceases to be used for the purposes described in this section, ownership and control of the parcel shall revert to the division of capital asset management and maintenance.
