Traffic Infrastructure Upgrades Along A Street in Boston

Mr. Collins of Boston moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section at the end thereof:-

SECTION XX. Not less than $11,500,000 shall be directed to the City of Boston for the purpose of design, construction, and implementation of infrastructure upgrades on A Street in South Boston including but not limited to traffic signal improvements, pedestrian crossings, bike lanes, and traffic calming measures.
