Amendment #9 to H3379

Re-Authorization of Reverting Bonds

Ms. Garlick of Needham moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“Section 5. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the unexpended balances of all capital accounts authorized in chapter 86 of the acts of 2008, chapter 233 of the acts of 2008, chapter 303 of the acts of 2008, chapter 10 of the acts of 2011, chapter 133 of the acts of 2012 and chapter 242 of the acts of 2012 which otherwise would revert on June 30, 2013, but which are necessary to fund obligations during fiscal year 2014, are hereby re-authorized through June 30, 2014."
