Amendment #59 to H3382

Fuel Tax

Mr. Fernandes of Milford moves to amend the bill by inserting the following section:--

SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, fuel purchased and subject to a reimbursement pursuant to Section 7 of Chapter 64A of the General Laws or Section 5 of Chapter 64E of the General Laws shall not be subject to the assessment of a Massachusetts use tax or sales tax.
